SCHOOL & GOVERNMENT

Do you accept school Purchase Orders (POs)?

Yes. We work with Public, Private, and Catholic schools Australia-wide. Orders under $10,000 typically qualify for "Direct Sourcing." Email your authorized PO to our team for a GST Tax Invoice and Net-30 terms.

Is it safe and compliant for classrooms?

Yes. InkyLess Go is classified as Extra Low Voltage (ELV) ICT Equipment (5V-1A USB). It is CE, FCC, and RoHS certified, meaning it does not require 'Test and Tag' for mains power and is safe for student use.

Is the paper BPA-Free?

Absolutely. We exclusively supply 100% BPA and BPS-Free thermal media. Because it is inkless, there are no liquid toners or messy chemicals, making it the safest option for primary and secondary students.

How is student privacy handled?

We are APP (Australian Privacy Principles) compliant. The app features a 'Guest Mode' that requires no student names, emails, or logins. It operates via local Bluetooth and does not need school Wi-Fi access.

How do I pair my printer?

Turn on Bluetooth & location, open the app, scan the printer QR or select the device — restart devices if needed.

Why is my printer blank or blurry?

Check paper orientation, clean the print head, charge the battery, increase print density, and update firmware.

What paper should I use?

Use direct-thermal sticker rolls sized for InkyLess Go (manufacturer rolls recommended) — many are BPA-free.

Wholesale or bulk purchase discounts?

Our products are only sold on our online store, so we do not offer wholesale discounts for reselling. If you are looking to make a bulk personal purchase, please contact us here for more information! *Please note: This is subject to stock availability.

Can I send an order as a gift?

You can ship any InkyLess Go product directly to that lucky lad or lady by entering their address as the shipping address. We don’t include value invoices as receipts are sent to your email. *Please note: Due to external fulfillment, we cannot include custom messages.

Are you stocked in any stores anywhere?

Nope, it’s just us! Our InkyLess Go products are only available on our online store here in Australia. We don't currently offer international shipping.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

How does shipping and delivery work?

Once ordered, our team ships within 24-48 hours via Australia Post. Delivery typically takes 5-9 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email once dispatched. *Please note: signature is required for safe delivery.

How much do I pay for shipping?

All orders include FREE and fast delivery Australia-wide, no matter how many products you order.

When will my order arrive?

Expect delivery within 5-9 business days from the day you place it. While Australia Post quotes these times, delays can occasionally occur during transit.

How do I track my order?

Check your shipping confirmation email for a ‘Track Order’ button. This takes you directly to the Australia Post site for live updates.

Help, I think my order is lost?

If your order isn’t delivered within 20 days, please contact us so we can launch an investigation with Australia Post on your behalf.

Can I change my shipping address?

If your order hasn't shipped, we can update it. If it has already shipped, you can attempt a redirection via the Australia Post tracking link.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Do you have a returns policy?

We offer a 30-day risk-free trial. Items must be initiated for return within 30 days, not be marked “Final Sale,” and be in original packaging/condition.

How long do I have to return?

We are happy to offer a 30-day return period from the date of purchase to make your decision.

Can I return for a refund?

Yes, you can return items for a full refund within 30 days, provided they are in as-new condition with tags and the original box.
