Nope! The InkyLess Go™ is 100% inkless and uses thermal printing paper rolls. Just pop in a roll and print away.
Can I print in colour?
The InkLess Go uses thermal technology to print in black on 5 pastel-colored thermal papers (pink, blue, green, yellow, white), giving you colorful prints without ink cartridges.
What devices does it work with?
It connects wirelessly to iOS and Android smartphones via Bluetooth using the free Phomemo app.
How long does the battery last?
A full charge lasts up to 72 hours of standby use or several hours of continuous printing — perfect for everyday use.
What paper can I use?
Every InkyLess Go™ comes with 1 starter white adhesive roll. You can also grab colourful and transparent adhesive rolls from our store.

Troubleshooting & Support?
Why am I getting blank prints?
Check that you are using thermal paper, ensure the paper is loaded with the printing side facing the print head, and that the paper roll is not moisture-damaged.
What if I can't connect via Bluetooth?
1. Download the Phomemo app: Get it on the App Store|Get it on Google Play
2. Turn on the printer and activate Bluetooth on your phone within 3 metres of the printer.
3. Open the Phomemo app and connect to the printer via Bluetooth.
4. Alternatively, turn on the printer and print a QR code by double-clicking the power button. Then, in the app, click "Scan QR code" to connect via Bluetooth.
What does a red light mean?
1. Red light always on
Please connect the app, and then click “Print” to check what information is displayed in the app.
• If the app prompts "No paper in the printer", please follow the question before.
• If the app prompts “Printer cover open”,follow the instructions in the app to close the printer cover firmly.
2. Flashing red light
• A flashing red light indicates low battery level. Please charge the printer in time.
How do I reset the printer?
If you're experiencing issues, insert a pin into the reset hole near the power port to restart the printer.
